Khloé Kardashian hasn't had it easy these past couple of months, but she was still glowing at the signing of her new book, Strong Looks Better Naked, in Los Angeles on Monday night!

The 31-year-old arrived to her first press event since Lamar Odom's hospitalization in a plunging, pleated Balmain jumpsuit, which looked flawless especially with her blonder, shorter locks.

Her fierce look aside though, the blonde beauty also fielded questions, which is how she got on the topic of Lamar and why the two decided to call off their divorce.

 Emmey explained:

"I'm married for a multitude of reasons, but it's not intimate reasons. It's more for medical and also to help with a lot of other things to do medically. With his mental strength and everything like that, it was the best choice to make at the time."

And she continued:

"Even if he was 100 percent better, he has a lot of other issues he has to deal with, I think, before taking on any relationship."

Khloé has previously admitted they're not back together, but she definitely cleared up some of the confusion on why exactly she remains married to the former NBA star.

She also went on to say Lamar is aware that she's currently dating Houston Rockets' baller James Harden, whom she was recently spotted out with.

Sounds like the reality TV star is doing her best to keep an open stream of communication with him, especially since she also shared that Odom isn't too aware of what's going on outside of his recovery. Khloé shared:

"He's aware to a degree but he doesn't have social media, he doesn't have his cell phone, he doesn't watch the news or anything like that, so he is aware from what I tell him or the messages that I give him — all positive and filtered things of course."

Well, positive is good! Plus, we're sure it will help with his rehabilitation!

And we think everyone will be happy to know that he is:

"Doing better every day for sure — which is a blessing — but it's going to be a long road, and he has to walk that road. He has to walk that road, it's going to be a long time."

He's on the right road, for sure!
